Temple of Apollo
The Temple of Apollo in Didim itself can be reached by a ten minute trip on the Dolmus bus.  Here you can see the famous stone relief Head of Medusa which dates from around 2 AD and has fallen off one of the columns.  The temple site dates back to the 8th century BC.

Didim Aquapark

Ephesus
This ancient Roman city is a well preserved archaeological site which was once the largest harbour city and trade centre of Asia Minor.  Today it greets thousands of tourists from all over the world every year. (Approx 1 hour from Didum)

Pamukkale
Pamukkale is known as "Cotton Castle" in English.  This natural wonder has been formed by limestone and calcium rich mineral water from underground thermal springs.  It is unique with its stalactites, white moon craters and water cascading from the cliffs forming crystallised, frozen waterfalls.  The thermal waters have been used for therapeutic treatments since Roman times.

Miletas Theatre
The theatre was first built in the 4th century BC with later alterations in the Roman and Byzantine periods.

Jeep Safari
A day's drive through forests and mountains which gives you the chance to see the Turkish way of life as well as natural coves and bays around Akbuk gulf.

Dalyan Turtle Beach
One of the largest National Parks in Turkey, where African Queen was filmed.  It is home to the Loggerhead Turtles, among other species, and the scenery is spectacular. You can enjoy a mud bath, bathe in the therapeutic sulphur springs or laze on the sandy beach.

Sirince
The name Sirince means "cute" and this "fairy" village has stone houses lying on two slopes where a variety of wines are produced, including pear, quince, melon, wild strawberry, pomegranate and grape.

As well as Turkish clothes shops such as Colin's, Collezione, Mavi Jeans, LTB, and Mudo.
