Price is for
apartment per week in GB pounds.
Price includes use of air conditioning, electricity and gas.
20% non-returnable deposit on booking.
Balance due 6 weeks before departure.
A refundable Security/Breakages Deposit of £80 is required with the
balance and will be refunded on your return, subject to a satisfactory
property inspection.
Payment by cheque (UK Sterling).
Payment by credit card via PayPal for an additional £10.
Linen and
towels provided. Beds made up for your arrival.
Beach/pool towels not included, please bring your own.
Strictly no pets allowed
No smoking inside the apartment please
The Apartment is in a quiet residential area
We do not accept all-young,
single sex parties.
